The Wildberry Country Lodge
The Wildberry Country Lodge is beautifully located on Route 430 "The Viking Trail" in Northern Newfoundland, Canada, 15 mins before the town of St. Anthony and 30 minutes from L'Anse aux Meadows.The new rustic style lodge has a panoramic view of the Long Range Mountains and surrounding area. You may see moose or caribou from your bedroom window.It is an ideal base for touring the Northern Peninsula. All seven of our rooms are spacious with two double beds and bathroom ensuite. We also have a bunk room for school groups, hostellers, etc. The dining room is cozy with a magnificent view of the "White Hills". The cuisine is "true Newfoundland" with homemade bread, jams, and vegetables from the garden. Fresh seafood is our specialty! You can be sure of " a meal to remember"!
Other amenities include: satelite television in sitting area, rooms with private bath, walking trails on property, room service, minivan service, wake up calls, telephone, visa or mastercard, restaurant, bike rentals, art gallery, hostel and canoeing, near fishing rivers, hiking, boat tours, wildflower tours, etc.
